Translator's annotation
One of many Bao Yan products found at KWC. It suggests that Doc Ing Hay used them for himself to save his eyesight. This item was possibly used with a glass eyedropper (KWC2007.1.116) found at KWC. The contents are black.
KWC2007.1.81: These two boxes were found inside of paper packaging labeled: Bǎo Yǎn Fāng Sān Cùn / 保眼方三寸 (Protect the Eyes Prescription, three inches).
KWC2007.1.96: the same item as KWC2007.1.81, but box opened. A leaflet printed in Chinese with some English was found inside (not translated).
