Although not a literal translation, I think it’s implied that gold is valuable and a mirror reflects, so you could also reasonably translate the volume as “Valuable Reflections on External Medicine.” It appears , upon closer inspection of the entire text, to be a dermatology reference largely written in mnemonic verse. There is no other information about print date, author or publishing location on the title page.
